These Terms & Conditions apply to your use of zen-pep.com and to every order placed on it. Zen-Pep is operated by Global Research Innovations LLC, a Louisiana limited liability company (“Zen-Pep”, “we”, “us”). By using the site or placing an order, you agree to these terms.
Research use only
All products sold by Zen-Pep are sold strictly for laboratory research use. They are not drugs, foods, dietary supplements or cosmetics, are not approved by the U.S. Food and Drug Administration, and are not intended for human or veterinary use, consumption, diagnosis, treatment or prevention of any disease. You agree not to use, sell or supply any product for any of those purposes.
Who can buy
You must be at least 21 years old, purchasing for legitimate laboratory research, and located in the United States. We ship to U.S. addresses only. We may ask for information to confirm eligibility and may refuse or cancel any order at our discretion.
Product information
Product descriptions, test results and other information on the site are provided for research reference only and are not medical advice. Third-party testing statements refer to the batch tested. Certificates of analysis are made available through our research community.
Orders, pricing and availability
All orders are subject to acceptance and availability. Prices are shown in U.S. dollars and may change without notice. If a product is listed at an incorrect price or with incorrect information, we may cancel the order and refund any payment received.
Payment
Payment is taken at checkout through our payment processor. Zen-Pep does not store full card numbers. If a payment is reversed, returned, disputed or fails, we may hold or cancel the order.
Shipping
Shipping is free on orders over $150.00 and a flat $10.00 on orders under $150.00. Delivery estimates are not guaranteed. Please check your shipping address before placing your order.
Refunds and cancellations
Refunds and cancellations are handled under our Refund and Cancellation Policy.
First-order discount codes
A first-order discount code is for one use only, by the customer it was issued to, with the email address it was issued for. Codes cannot be combined with other offers, have no cash value, and may be withdrawn at any time.
Prohibited use
You agree not to misuse the site, interfere with its operation, submit false information, or use any product other than as permitted by these terms.
Disclaimer of warranties
Products and the site are provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind beyond those required by law, including any implied warranty of fitness for a particular purpose.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Zen-Pep’s total liability for any claim relating to an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. Zen-Pep is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages, or for any loss arising from use of a product contrary to these terms.
Indemnity
You agree to indemnify Zen-Pep against any claim arising from your breach of these terms or your use or handling of any product.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Louisiana, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules.
Changes
We may update these terms from time to time. The version on this page at the time of your order applies to that order.
