This Privacy Policy explains how Zen-Pep, operated by Global Research Innovations LLC (“Zen-Pep”, “we”, “us”), collects and uses personal information through zen-pep.com.

- Orders and accounts: your name, billing and shipping address, email address, phone number and order history when you place an order or create an account.
- Payments: payments are processed by our payment processor. We receive confirmation of payment and limited card details (such as the card type and last four digits); we do not store full card numbers.
- Email sign-up: if you enter your email for our first-order offer, we keep your email address, the time you signed up, your IP address and the consent wording you agreed to.
- Text messages: if you opt in to texts, we keep your mobile number, the time you opted in, your IP address and the consent wording you agreed to.
- Research-use acknowledgement: when you place an order, we record that you accepted the research-use statement, with the time and your IP address.
- Technical information: like most websites, our servers record IP addresses, browser type and pages visited for security and performance.
Cookies
We use cookies that the site needs to work: to remember that you confirmed researcher access (one year), to hold your first-order code until it is used (30 days), and to keep your cart and account session. We do not use these cookies to track you on other websites.
How we use your information
To process and deliver orders, provide customer support, operate your account, send the emails and texts you asked for, apply discount codes, keep records of research-use acknowledgements, prevent fraud and misuse, and comply with legal obligations.
Who we share it with
We share information only with service providers who help us run the store: our hosting provider, payment processor, email marketing provider, text messaging provider and shipping carriers.
